We love your pets, but under the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, only service animals that accompany people with disabilities are allowed in all areas of this business where members of the public are normally allowed to go. A service animal is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. However, an animal whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support does not quality as a service animal under the ADA.

To schedule an appointment, you must provide your credit card information. Our scheduling system will not allow you to book an appointment without a credit card on file. Once your credit card information has been entered into our merchant provider’s secure system it can no longer be viewed by anyone in the salon because it has been scrambled and encrypted for your protection. (Rev. 2/8/2021).

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of your commitment to beauty. However, persons who cancel within twenty-four (24) hours of their scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. (Rev. 4/1/2022).

We’re a cashless salon for services and products, but you may tip your hairstylist in cash. We accept all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. (Rev. 6/14/2021).

We do not accept checks. We accept all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. (Rev. 6/15/2020).

We care about your kids. As such, for the safety of all, children under fourteen (14) years of age are welcome in the salon only for their scheduled appointment.

All color correction services are charged in 15-minute increments at a minimum of $125.00/hr. A $200 deposit is required and our Color Correction form must be filled out and signed before the service is performed. (Rev. 4/1/2022).

All haircare products are non-refundable but may be exchanged for different products if returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and are less than half used. All brushes and hair appliances are non-returnable due to health regulations. However, customers can contact the manufacturer for warranty information. (Rev. 7/3/2020).
