Join the Team, and Let's Have Fun!

As we say at Escape Hair Salon, “We’re upscale but not uptight.” Our employee-based salon offers a no-drama team atmosphere, competitive compensation, education, benefits, and more. If you like that, then apply today at Online Employment Application. If not, no worries, but be sure to follow us on Instagram @escapehairsalondotcom to see how much fun we’re having making SoCal more beautiful, one client at a time.

Unlike salons owned by non-residents and non-stylists, Joelle, the owner of Escape Hair Salon, lives in downtown San Diego and is a 25-year veteran hair artist who has your back. She has owned and operated salons for the past 15 years.

A lot of salons talk about education but rarely fulfill on that promise. We have education all the time for which you are paid to attend. Our hair artists are incredibly creative and talented and value education. Several educators have deep experience in various product lines or have been educated by Vidal Sassoon stylists. We work as a team formulating colors, working with new color and product lines, answering the telephone, scheduling online appointments, sweeping, and shampooing for each other because the best way to succeed personally and professionally is to help one another be successful.

Also, we carry only the best professional-grade hair care products (Wella, Kevin Murphy, and Escape Beautifiers) for you to educate our clients. If you’re familiar with these products, great, you’re one step closer to scheduling an interview.

We look forward to receiving your Online Employment Application. After that, we’ll reach out to schedule an initial telephone interview. If you have any further questions regarding a hair artist or receptionist role, please get call the salon at 1(619) 231-2442 and ask to speak with Tiffany or Joelle.
